  • Branding projects are typically 2-4 weeks, and web design projects are typically between 6-8 weeks. For branding and web design combined, projects may take between 8-12 weeks. Timing may vary based on when you give feedback by.

  • We design our websites with Showit and Squarespace. If you don't have a website yet and need help choosing which platform would be best for you, feel free to let me know and we can discuss your options.

  • Of course! Once your website is finished, we create a video tutorial for you that demonstrates how you can make updates to your website confidently.

  • We do not offer any refunds due to the digital nature and time put into your project. All sales are final. Our goal is that you have a brand and website that you love, and that will resonate with your audience.

  • Yes! A non-refundable payment of $500 is required to secure your date and project, which will be put towards the final cost of your project. The remaining balance will be split into either a 2 or 3 month payment plan based on the project timeline.
